Shipping and Handling:
Most items are shipped free to the lower 48 United States. Some extended delivery areas require additional shipping fees, if this is the case, your sales
rep will inform you of the additional cost. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase, unless it is a special order or back order item.
Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons, summer and Christmas, this may be extended.
Warranty:
Your New Product should be free from Manufacturers defects. It includes 2 year warranty for the engine and transmission (4 stroke models only) If you
find that there is a defect in your product, apart from the engine and transmission, we will repair or replace the defect if returned to us within 30
days from the date of purchase. If entire unit is replaced, depending on availability, you may receive a different color model, or similar model of equal
or greater retail value. This warrantee applies only to defects and not to damage caused by user. Defective parts are those that are realized to be broken
or not working before, or immediately after assembly (before riding). Some units are sold in the box, (unassembled), and some are assembled. We fully
test each assembled unit and check for defects. If you are purchasing an assembled unit, please carefully inspect unit before taking possession. Once
unit is fully assembled and ridden, it is considered to be free of defects and is no longer under the 30 day warranty. If you believe you have a warrantee
claim please call 830-629-6365 to schedule an appointment to bring unit in for inspection. This is a parts only warrantee, no labor costs are included.
We are the sole determiner of whether or not your claim is valid.
Return Policy:
You may, at your own expense, return any items found to be defective to us. This applies only to items you find defective upon initial examination. (Immediately
upon assembly) We will not accept back any item which has been used in any way. All Returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Defective parts
are usually replaced at no charge to you. Units which are used or assembled are not returnable. All returns, damages or defective parts should be reported
by calling 830-629-6365.
Terms On All Sales:
All sales are considered final. Specific colors of units ordered at most times can be accommodated, however during busy and peak seasons, specific colors
can not be guaranteed. We will do our best to ship the color you order or your 2nd choice in color. Should you have a problem with any component or part,
we will replace it at no charge to you if it is covered under our warranty. It is your responsibility to replace the part at your own expense. Most parts
are easy to remove and replace
Waiver Of Liability:
I, being above age 18, or the Parent of the purchaser who is under age 18, agree to all terms as follows:
I hereby agree to release and forever discharge Olson Powersports and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons
or entities acting on their behalf, from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise
out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of the scooters or bikes, use of equipment or property supplied by Olson Powersports or
my presence upon the premises, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller listed
above or the manufacturer or distributor. By this Agreement, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to
seek damages from Olson Powersports and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their
behalf. This Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. I hereby certify that I am over 18
years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the
opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement and the effect of the same. I there for release all liability and waive any and all
rights I may have in regards to my or my child's activities with the above item.
